Sky Deck
This spanish style duplex didn't have any space on the lot to add a deck so the owners decided to go to the roof and take advantage of the great views. The stairs lead up from a doorway that exits the kitchen/living area. the decking is a zero maintenance synthetic as well as iron railings from Fortress rails with integrated LED lighting. The lighting is switched from the doorway at the bottom of the stairs.
