In keeping with the clean, uncluttered design, we moved all the outlets off the backsplash, and concealed them by installing these low-profile plug strips under the cabinets. Manufactured by Wiremold, these outlet strips are very low profile, but difficult to install. If you're considering installing these in your kitchen, be prepared to hear some griping and complaining from your electrician!
