Soaring Great Room in Chesterfield
This pseudo modern great room was updated to reflect a more timely airy-farmhouse style. We used stone veneer to create a soaring fireplace that is flanked by custom built ins with an unusual asymmetrical shelf configuration to keep them open and spacious instead of cluttered. The seating area is suitable for tv watching, conversation and book club. The ceiling is accentuated with painted wood planks and finished beams; all with architectural uplighting for drama.
