St Paul: Small Bathroom Remodel

This adorable Spanish tutor home in Mac-Groveland/St. Paul was in desperate need for a main floor bathroom remodel. The original layout was so crammed your knees would hit the tub when you sat on the toilet. To create a more spacious layout for the clients we turned the tub 45 degrees which lined up great with the exterior wall. Glass block was added to the existing window and the toilet and vanity were repositioned. The space was finished with new tile surround, flooring, new vanity, medicine cabinet and a classic granite countertop. The new layout created more space and an overall functional bathroom. The updated materials provide a contemporary feel and still compliment the great character of the home.
