Located in Vaderahalli, Kanakapura, this wellness- themed housing project spans a vast area of 28 acres and houses 197 villas and villa plots. Therapeutic spaces such as reflexology centres, wellness co-working spaces, ziplining, aromatherapy gardens highlight the theme of the project. The architecture of each of the villas speaks volumes of how a home can be as close to nature as possible, as it incorporates natural, eco-friendly materials such as mud plaster, rammed-earth bricks and design elements such as filler slabs, courtyards, etc. also add to the project’s uniqueness. Solar panels have been provided to harness clean energy and reduce the dependency on the grid. The highlight of each of these homes is how nature is blended into the built environment with the use of skylights, landscaping, etc. A play of levels has been incorporated, which acts as an element of interest as well.
