Show homes are our specialty as there are areas that we need to spell out clearly what their function is. This room just off the kitchen was in question as there was a huge space also beside the living room. We decided to make this nook a sitting/desk area. This created a whole lot of purpose for the family in mind. So many visuals to give the potential purchaser how the family could occupy each space during the day. If this space was empty it would be very hard to envision the function.
