旗竿形状の敷地の正面に大きなカーポート付きの駐車場を設置。広い敷地をインターロッキングや土間コンクリートで舗装し、メンテナンスに手間のかからない暖かい雰囲気の外構に。
リビングから続くテラスの前はお子さんが遊ぶ芝庭になっていて、季節ごとに見どころのある植物が植えられ、隣家や来客からの目隠し効果も兼ねている。
