“I have a rental townhome in Hilton Head and the air conditioning was not working. I had a few companies come out and Gochnauer was the best priced of the three. They were wonderful to deal with, very honest and trustworthy. The salesman even suggested a Wi-Fi thermostat instead of the Nest I was considering. The Wi-Fi thermostat was installed at no additional cost. Prior to the unit arriving, the air conditioning went out 2 times and they came out to recharge the unit at no cost which they didn't have to do but they kept the place cool until the new unit arrived. I was impressed with their customer service and would consider them again for future HVAC needs.”

“I have a rental property and the a/c unit died. Due to the age of the unit, it needed to be replaced, not repaired. I needed to get the replacement done ASAP, but still got 3 quotes to compare prices. Superior was in line with the other 2, but was able to replace the unit later the very same day. Wow! My tenants were happy, I was happy, and Superior even sent me a box of cookies later as a Thank You gift for using them. I was really impressed with their company and will continue to use them for an future a/c repairs at both my own home and the rental property.”

“I worked with Trey on a home design for him and his family. I had seen his work through several contractors that use him for design and install on several residences. It wasn't a hard decision on who to go with when it was time to replace our unit at home. “I have a preventative maintenance plan with Carney and Son and I am so pleased with the professionalism and dependability of the company. They come out twice a year in the spring and the winter for a reasonable price. When you call their number you get the owner of the business every time. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a local family business that has been around for 3 generations.”

“After receiving several prices for AC work at my Fathers residence that were over priced due to the perception of the contractor ( my Dad has several expensive cars and a large home) Mr Westberry came highly recommended by a friend and a client. The job is not big but time consuming and messy . All ducts under the home have been effected by age and salt water. They have to be unwrapped and re-wrapped. Mr Westberry not only beat everyone's inflated prices but provides excellent service.”

“We received excellent advice on the approach for air conditioning our 1920's dulplex beach house on Tybee Island. The installation of two different systems, minisplit and conventional, proceeded smoothly. Zach and his staff were technically smart and personally pleasant. They have been available for my questions regarding the minisplit system when the system was up and running. I could not be more pleased with them.”
