“Our HVAC died in the middle of a brutal heat wave and AJ Michaels Salespeople came promptly, set up the replacement with courtes. They were not pushy at all, and seemed honest. The replacement unit was available quickly and the employee who installed it did a fine job, was very thorough. Everyone had very good customer service skills.”

“Awesome customer service!!! David, the technician, is very professional & gave me an hour heads up at 7:17 am this morning, 2/23/ 18, that he is on his way. He arrived promptly at 8:20 am, explained the services I need to expect from him & how long the services will take. Everything is clear & precise from the start of service and there was no assumptions on my part on what's going to happen next. He knowledgeably answered all my questions & clarifications. He was tidy and kept my floors clean. David offered some other services I might need in the future, like carpet cleaning, that Lowes Air Duct cleaning also offers. I said, "I'll sure look into it & wait for some good deals on the website." I've used other company before to clean my air ducts & dryer vent, and I thought they did well until now that I've used Brekmar Inc/Lowes Air duct cleaning. David, your employee, did an excellent job representing your company. I plan to use your services again, probably yearly now for the Dryer vent cleaning & every 4 years for Air duct cleaning. And I will make sure to request David again for those services in my home. “Great folks. Experts in the field. Don't sell you a story, scare tactics or any kind of pressure. I chose them over 5 other quotes and we are very pleased. Didn't try to oversell me a unit. Installation was fast and they even allowed me to donate my previous 3 year old furnace (came with the house) to a person who called them asking for help with their old furnace. Will be using them for all of my cooling/heating needs.”

“First Class Mechanical is a service company that Whirlpool uses for warranty work. We have had several issues with our Whirlpool water heater and First Class Mechanical has done an exceptional job of fitting us into their schedule on very short notice. “ESA replaced our fuel oil furnace with a natural gas furnace and replaced the old A/C with a more energy efficient model. They arrived on time, did the job as we had agreed, for the price we agreed and left everything in working order. They came back out for a service call (no charge) because we needed an additional tutorial on how the system humidifier worked once the seasons changed.”

“Received an estimate with options for new HVAC system. Although the one I originally wanted was too costly, they did install a decent system that worked. The techs were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The salesperson made a follow up call to ensure my system was working properly. Although some have said I paid too much for the system I bought, I think the company is reputable overall and I am very satisfied with the results.”
