“I absolutely LOVED AG & Associates! Rashid is smart and kind. I know that might not seem important but when you are building your dream home it is because the whole process can be very daunting. Rashid LISTENED and took all of our thoughts and ideas to heart. He even went out to our sight and sat there to get a "feel" for our eventual home. He did this because we purchased an older lake home and needed to add on space (2 guest rooms and a large master suite). It was important to blend the old with the new and make it look like the new had always been there...it was very important that it did not look like an addition. He also redesigned the interior space of the old and added a wonderful outdoor space as well. Rashid did all this while staying within our budget (not drawing an over-the-top place that we would fall in love with but never be able to afford). Equally as important is his timely responses to questions and his timely delivery of the plans. We were within a very tight time frame and Rashid delivered. I cannot speak highly enough of AG & Associates. You WILL NOT be disappointed.”

“I highly recommend Cynthia Karegeannes, Architect. Ms. Karegeannes took her time, and gave my husband and me plenty of time, coming up with a kitchen renovation plan that covered all the bases for our wants and our needs, and she made the most of every inch of space we had! She has a very good understanding of practical use of space, and placement of appliances and cabinetry. Her kitchen designs are beautiful AND functional! She "held my hand" on some parts of the project and stepped back and followed my lead at other times. I found out throughout the entire project that Ms. Karegeannes REALLY knows her trade. She also takes a down-to-earth approach to the whole project. She listens well, considers, and then offers solutions. Her work is beautiful, and my kitchen is a dream to work in every single day.”

“Mr. Mix was an excellent choice for us. He worked quickly and professionally. The price was very reasonable. I would gladly use him again. It was a blueprint of a remodeling of a four story building that will be converted into a residence for a family of six. I do not hesitate to give him the hightest recommendation.”

“We hired Lori to design a home we want to build in Athens. We already had the lot and Lori's challenge was to design the house down to the last detail working with us who live 3,000 miles away! Not an easy task, but she was up for the challenge. With emails and teleconferencing, using ideas from Houzz, and her 3-D software to help us "walk through" the spaces, we're almost done - and we haven't yet set foot on the ground. I thought I knew precisely what I wanted, but didn't know how to execute the plans to get there. Lori had creative solutions and offered alternatives I hadn't even considered, many of which are now in the final plan. She's thorough, detail-oriented, patient with a client (me) who changes her mind at times and spent a great deal of time at the onset just getting to know us. When you're building your dream house from 3,000 miles away you'd better be comfortable with the architect you hired. We're VERY comfortable!”

“Opening up our 40 year old kitchen modernized the look and its functionality. Now our breakfast room and kitchen are one room which improves conversation and entertaining. Opening the kitchen, the glass island vent hood separating the kitchen from the breakfast room and the granite counter tops were the highlights of our remodeling. Remodeling included new appliances, counter tops, porcelain tile flooring, resurfacing the cabinets and painting. We met with Sola Design several times in our home, their studio and stores. They recommended and worked with contractors and even volunteered to "house-sit" the contractors! Sola was with us all the way during this.project and they were fun to work with also a BONUS!!!”

The attention to detail from his firm is superb and outstanding. Steve is also a man of character and grace and easy to work with. He and Brandon Ingram (an architect with the firm) make a great team and offer some of the best creativity and talent we have experienced. We would highly recommend them if you are considering designing a home. ”

“Magda provided architectural services to remodel Shallowford Shopping center in Dunwoody, GA. Overall we were very please with her creative and technical abilities to provide us a solution to facelift a dated shopping center. “Daniel created a set of house plans for a 3200 sf custom home situated on a tear down / rebuild lot in Atlanta, GA. We were greatly impressed by all his work from the initial hand drawn color rendering he provided to the small details such as elevations and duct runs. The cost of this custom design was a fraction of what a few architectural firms that we talked needed.”

“George did an incredible job on my landscape design around my pool and deck. We live in Clarkesville, GA. The design was a bit challenging because he had to mix formal French Country with a mountain theme. His ideas were spot on.”
