“Laine redesigned our 19th century Queen Anne Victorian, helped us find our builder and shepherded us through the entire project which included a complete renovation of the kitchen, third floor master suite, main entryway, deck and the addition of a cupola. His attention to detail is superb: floor plan, windows, doors, details in moulding and direction on lighting and fixtures. He was unfailingly calm and reassuring with us and with our builder and was always available to guide us through difficult decisions. We discovered fire damage to our roof during the project and Laine worked quickly with our builder to find a solution and kept the project on schedule. The finished project won a local award for a renovation that stayed true to the architecture of the period.”

“Keery Design planned my retirement home in Scituate, MA on the same lot of land owned by my daughter and son-in-law. Because of zoning regulations the house was limited to 750 square feet. If anyone had told me prior to David's design for my home that I would be happy in 750 square feet I would not have believed it. But I am thrilled with the design and the livability of my home. Every square inch is usable space. There is a loft built in over the kitchen for my grandchildren's visits. The house is open and airy with gorgeous window views of the blueberry bushes and the woods at the edge of the property The angles in the home and the high ceilings create a feeling of space.. The house was designed to coordinate with my daughter's home and it does that beautifully. David worked throughout the process with the builder and offered many wonderful suggestions about material and accessories and that helped me to stay within my budget.
