These include the conservation of: Hays Dock and associated Store (built c 1820) - project value £1,100,000 Sumburgh Head Lighthouse Buildings (constructed 1821) - project value £5,400,000 Town Hall, Lerwick (constructed 1881) - Project Value £1,600,000 Client satisfaction is an imperative for the Groves-Raines team and when working with contractors, they do demand that works are finished to a very high standard. The Sumburgh Head Project was a great example of collaborative working: client; designers; contractors; etc. which delivered a project of the highest quality within time and under budget.
