He and his team would inspect and confirm all aspects of the work submitted by the General Contractor before I would render payment. Living at a distance, this became the mainstay of keeping the house on track and budget. He and his wife Josie are a pleasure to work with. As with any large, complicated project there were last minute changes, discovered errors and things beyond control – Covid, Supply Chain Issues, the occasional hurricane. Throughout those bumps Steve and Josie remained positive and engaged. You can’t ask for a better team.
