“The clinic recently completed expansions that increased its size to 5100 square feet. First opened in 1986, the original clinic had just 1800 square feet. The main challenge was to design a larger building around an easement that runs through the middle of the property. Based on this specific challenge, it became the leading force of the design. Because the program of spaces was larger than either side of the easement, we came up with an idea to create an inter court yard that brought all the spaces together to form one functional facility that allowed natural light to penetrate into all spaces and made the design unique and pleasurable to staff and visitors. The clinic is two adjoining buildings. One building includes the clinic’s pet grooming and pet boarding services. The other building includes the waiting room, five exam rooms, two surgery tables, and a treatment area. By creating two adjoining buildings, we were better able to accommodate the needs of all the pet patients. The boarding and grooming patients have their own space away from the wellness care patients.”

“My first project with Four Seasons was 20 years ago--a kitchen remodel--and have since used the company and Mardi for every subsequent change to our house, including the addition of a garage, master bathroom addition, patio, and expansion of the house. The fact that Mardi is the architect as well as the contractor means that any changes to the original plans are carried out correctly. She is talented, personable and easy to work with. When I contacted her about this new kitchen remodel and opening it up to the living area, she found that she had 7 files on us, so I guess that's how many times we have hired her. She is absolutely the best, and the greatest value is the peace of mind you will have during any project and the outcome.”
