“We gave Nicholas the impossible task of turning a large but totally architecturally challenged farmhouse into a beautiful home. he and his team excelled at this and there attention to detail is exceptional. We asked for a design only service, this is what we got along with more than agreed detailed drawings of every possible element of the rebuild. “My husband and I used Vaidas for our house refurbishment and extension project in Hatfield a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with his services and approach from start to finish. He obtained planning permission, dealt with building control and also supervised the construction on site. He was always easy to reach and was always patient and helpful in guiding us through our first project with the many questions that we had. They designed our dream family home, liaising with our neighbour to get a large joint application granted, which enabled us to have the 4 bedrooms we required. They also helped me get the structural engineering package in place, completed the party wall process for us, recommended contractors and advised on the contract once we had selected our preferred contractor. “Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder.
