After our house burned down in the wild fires, Justin helped us move along ( as we still only had a vague idea of what we wanted but we knew we wanted to move back quick) and designed a house that fits our property and fits our living style with extra suites for when our sun & daughter visit. Can’t wait to have it finished so we can move in!”

“Elma Gardner is a very talented designer and a fun person to work with. We originally contacted her to help us with the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry design and install for our new home. She offers all the design help needed to complete a project. First, she presented a couple of different layouts for us to consider. The designs were fantastic. Then she scheduled appointments for us to meet with her at several different showrooms including: lighting, plumbing, appliance, and tile showrooms. She listened to what we wanted and helped us make good choices. She was available to meet at the job site during construction. Elma runs a great business; she is very organized, efficient and accommodating. She gets things done on time and she is easy to contact by phone, email or in person. The cabinetry company that she works with makes high quality, beautiful cabinets.”

“Jason Bradley and the team at Monarch Design exceeded our expectations with our facility design project. I was referred to Jason after having a terrible experience with another architectural design firm, and Jason was able to come in and quickly get our things going in a positive direction. Jason was extremely responsive throughout the entire project and he was able to come up with some creative solutions to challenging areas that we came across throughout the design phase. He also played a key role helping us identify the right engineering and truss company to complete our project, while playing a critical role in coordinating the various pieces of work from all parties. We've work with different design firms on previous projects and I can honestly say that our experience with Monarch Design and with Jason in particular has been the best to date. If/when we have our next design project come up, Jason will be the first call that I make.”

“Our project was a Tubb's fire rebuild. While I had done some remodeling in the past, a complete home rebuild was very overwhelming. My home was completely destroyed, so basically we had a blank slate to work with. Travis was an amazing partner for the process. I kind of feel sorry for him, he had to deal with a complete newbie coming off of a traumatic disaster who wasn't really sure what she wanted nor if she could afford it. Yikes! Honestly, he was SO patient and kind. And really, really explained everything so clearly that when I had to make a decision, I was confident it was the right move. Also, he always had clever solutions to design changes or other engineering and understand innately how altering one element would effect other areas of a project. He takes the smallest changes and shows you the big picture. It felt really good to be in the hands of a true professional. He and his team are quick to respond and are just great to work with, it's that simple.”

“I feel so fortunate to have met Sarah Lee when I initially walked into Guchi Interior Design. She has a solid background in design and is very experienced. She listened to my quirky ideas and my tendency to love bling. The results were master and guest bathrooms which would be described as timeless classic with some sparkle. She added new products which we love and took my request for an under the counter hair dryer/curling iron holder in stride. Sarah coordinated my idea with Guchi Interior’s master craftsman and I LOVE IT!!!! She was always responsive to our questions and concerns. We have signed on for a kitchen remodel and cannot wait to see the finished product!”
