“I have chosen to work with Fentress Architecture Workshop on a number of occasions, both as a homeowner and contractor. James brings to the table a great deal of experience in both residential and commercial arenas, although my experience has been limited to residential applications. While he is fully capable of creating an independent design vision for a project, he, more importantly, has the ability to LISTEN closely to the desires of the client and allow their own vision to help drive the process. Some architects want to tell you what you want. James wants the final product to reflect your unique personality. Great architect and person.”

“We have worked with Jennifer on multiple construction efforts and we are continuously amazed at the quality of the work, the professionalism, and the overall personal touch she has given each of our projects. She takes the time necessary to get the design just right. In our most recent remodel we were amazed at how efficiently she was able to use the space to maximize our living space and storage while minimizing wasted areas. She also strikes a nice balance between keeping with the character of our old home while sprinkling in some modern touches.”

“My wife and I worked with Lisa at LLG Residential Design on an addition to our house and a renovation of our kitchen. Lisa was fantastic to work with throughout the whole process. Lisa provided a lot of help not just on the planning of the addition and kitchen but also on how to deal with the builder, codes, and even input of materials and fixtures. Our project came out much better and for less cost due to a number of recommendations we never would have thought of. One idea in particular that everyone raves about when they see it was to use wainscoting in a particular area. Not only was it a great idea and really makes the room but Lisa also had an idea for which materials to use that dramatically cut the cost. If you're thinking of a renovation, addition, or new construction you should add LLG Residential Design to your short list of planners and designers”
