“After interviewing several architects, we chose Simonson Design to create our dream home at Lake Texoma. We provided our vision, and Alex, our architect, created not only what we envisioned but architectural features that enhanced and went beyond our vision. What is more, Alex exhibited extreme patience with the multitude of changes that we made to the plan. The 3D platform made it easy for us to see exactly where these changes needed to be made. We just received the final plans. They certainly exceeded our expectations. We are elated and cannot wait to build our dream home. “Stephen adapted a stock plan for our house, which we called the Fieldstream. The in-office process was focused and creative, while the follow up and plan completion was perhaps a bit less timely. “We hired O'Brien to help us design our dream home in the country. We met with him (On the build site 170 miles from his office) and described exactly what we wanted...shape, size, floor plan layout. When he came back to us the layout was almost exactly opposite of what we asked for and you know what??? THANK YOU!!! Anyone we worked with could have done exactly what we asked for but Dave knew what we really wanted by listening to us describe our vision of the house. He's been GREAT to work with on making sure that we are happy with the results. We've built four other houses previous to this one and I can tell you he knows not only how to draw plans but also the business. Great ideas on how to save $$$ also. He's the real deal for sure.”

“We can easily give the highest rating for Clint Pearson with Symmetry Architects as we are ecstatic about the design of our new home! Being neophytes to building a new home, we did not initially understand how Symmetry’s role would integrate with our builder. But Clint listened to our vague ideas of what we wanted (large wine cellar, sport court, minimal hallways, outdoor kitchen, living areas, anticipated layout of existing furniture, split bedrooms, etc.) and created a layout that far exceeded our expectations. For example, he designed a small courtyard with fire pit that we are using constantly. He added groin vaults that add a very dramatic touch to our entry and master with minimal cost. He went room-by-room to design ceilings to meet that room’s personality. His breadth of home design is apparent as the “little details” were addressed. Symmetry worked exceptionally well with our builder. We have now been in our home for several months and we are very much “living” in it. Much of the credit goes to Clint and Symmetry!”
