“Mr. Dunsmore was very instrumental in the design and build of our home in Baldwinsville, NY. We decided to have Dave draw up the plans to build our dream home after talking to many professionals. We gave Dave a list of our ideas, a basic plan we found on the internet and he put together a set of plans that that went above and beyond anything we dreamed of. I would recommend him to anyone that can use his various services. Dave was easy to work with and went the extra mile to make our build a very pleasant experience.”

They're very good at listening to the client, and providing drawings that capture the client's ideas for the interior and exterior elements. “I had the opportunity to work with Robin in a secondary educational setting. Through our connection I had the opportunity to become familiar with Robin's work and was able to see several examples of her previous work and recent projects. Robin's education and experience have allowed her to execute a diverse array of projects. Her personality and commitment, coupled with her knowledge, make her a joy to work with. “Mr. Long took an old 1830s bank barn and made it into our home. The result is a 3,500 sq ft home that overlooks Seneca Lake in the New York State Finger Lakes region. Dan used many windows in his plan and almost every room has a view of the lake. Dan is an innovative and dynamic architect. He has a very wonderful personal style that brought our needs and desires to the forefront in his architectural plans. One could not help to notice that he is very versed in the latest building methods and materials. He does very well with cost estimates and worked with with us to provide varied courses of action so we might be better informed as to our options. Overall, our observation is that Dan Long is a true professional who treats each client and project as special no matter how big or small the job. I highly recommend Dan Long to any prospective client.”

“Rod is an amazing architect. He has the ability to turn discussions into dream plans. Rod started designing our home about 15 months ago. He has been involved with the design and implementation of this plan. I not only would state Rod is a great architect, but also a very honest and trustworthy person. We will move into our dream home within a few months and can't praise Rod enough for the amazing design and constant communication. I have realized that the architect is the foundation to an amazing project. Without Rod, I am not sure how we would have gotten through the construction.”

“My husband & I own an historic Victorian house & wanted to add a family room addition that allowed us to respect the traditional architecture of the original house while providing a more family-friendly, comfortable gathering space.We challenged potential designers of the project with a desire to incorporate a spiral staircase, a wood-burning fireplace & a wall of window to capture the view. We reviewed several options, but Blake's design was a hands-down winner. His knowledge of historic design & experience created a room that is both beautiful & functional. The attention to the design detail & the ability to source & work with a great local builder while incorporating our input was key to the success of the project. The addition looks like is was always part of the 1870s house, yet provides a modern, open space for family gatherings. We couldn't be more happy with the resulting room & our decision to work with Blake.”
