Not an easy task, but she was up for the challenge. With emails and teleconferencing, using ideas from Houzz, and her 3-D software to help us "walk through" the spaces, we're almost done - and we haven't yet set foot on the ground. I thought I knew precisely what I wanted, but didn't know how to execute the plans to get there. Lori had creative solutions and offered alternatives I hadn't even considered, many of which are now in the final plan. She's thorough, detail-oriented, patient with a client (me) who changes her mind at times and spent a great deal of time at the onset just getting to know us.
