“Heath was a pleasure to work with and ultimately gave us everything we were looking for and more when designing our dream home. We had the majority of our architectural plans completed and we asked Heath to take a look at them and give us his input along with some major changes we needed to make to them. We went from a 2 car garage to a 3 car detached garage with an apartment above it and completely relied on Heath's design expertise to design an open breezeway and apartment above the garage. He cleaned up our overall plans for us and fine tuned a lot of details. Heath works quickly, efficiently and uses the latest software developments that allowed us to design our home in 2 dimension and 3 dimension. The virtual 3D of our home brought it to more of a realistic preview that we could walk through before it was actually built. Heath has a tremendous skill set when designing plans and really helped us get to a unified end goal of designing a home we want to live in forever. He had a lot of great suggestions throughout the process and many of the changes were made right in front of us on on the large screen during our meetings. I've never seen an architect do what Heath does! Whether starting from scratch or having a cohesive concept already in mind, Heath can do it all. “Greg and Joel were excellent from the beginning of construction. By the time construction was completed, they were like members of the family (even sharing Christmas cookies). We wanted an addition of a master bedroom and bath on the first floor without it looking like an add-on. Greg designed the addition, and you cannot tell it was not a part of the original house built 28 years ago. All crews involved in the work were professional, hardworking, and friendly. Greg and Joe worked along side all the outside contractors. We were very impressed with all who had a part in the construction. Greg paid attention to details to make sure everything was done to his specifications. Whenever we had concerns, Greg addressed them, and they were resolved to our satisfaction. He has kept up with today's design options and made recommendations that would be advantageous to us if we ever sell. He put in a conditioned crawl space which should be very economical for us. Those who had to work there said they had never seen or worked in a nicer crawl space. Being elderly, Greg made the addition as age friendly as possible for us. We are very happy with the addition and would recommend Greg and Joel for first-class construction.”

“We initially contacted Frazier Associates as a potential architect for our retirement house in Nellysford VA. After meeting with their team we accepted their proposal and began working closely with our architect, Annie Mathot. Interactions moved from overall style and basic room layout to progressively more specific details about every aspect of the house. Annie was able to capture exactly what we were looking for as a concept and then guide us in making the multitude of decisions and choices involved in turning that concept into a set of plans. Meetings with her were always a pleasure (we actually enjoyed the process), and she was always knowledgable about pros and cons of design alternatives. She kept in close contact via email on an almost daily basis as the project moved forward. She and Frazier Associates kept everything on schedule, and prepared all of the required plans and drawings within the initial cost estimate. They provided suggestions for selection of a builder, and recommended the builder we eventually selected. Their knowledge of and experience with local builders was invaluable here since our house was not the typical residential construction project for the area. They continued to assist us throughout the process of getting the house built, interacting with us and the builder on a regular basis. Our vision was to have a "new old house" that had the feel of an older home, and Frazier Associates made it possible for us to achieve our desired result.”

“We hired Lineage Architects to design a two-story addition for our home, which was originally built in the 1830's. Lineage came up with a design that managed to blend beautifully into our existing home, yet is full of energy saving features and beautiful details. They stayed within the budget parameters we requested, and came up with many modifications and improvements we hadn't considered. Our energy bill has almost remained constant, despite adding 1500 square feet to our home.
