We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. “After meeting with a few different architects, we hired Buffett Design for our whole house remodel. Tyler is friendly, real, and was very understanding in regards to our constantly changing ideas. When it was difficult for us to visualize the space based on the 2D sketches, he created a 3D walkthrough experience on the computer for us. This was so helpful for us to "walk through" the new space before construction even started!”

“Ashley is OUTSTANDING. Currently she is our real estate agent. My husband and I feel so comfortable with her and trust her advice and skill. She is extremely honest and points out many different aspects about the houses- both the good and the bad. She has been incredibly patient with us while we search for the "perfect" house. She is unbelievably accommodating and responsive to our requests to schedule a viewing. She really does have our best interest in mind and is invested in our decision. She took the time to truly understand what we wanted and made our vision a reality. “We found Nate thru out contractor. Our situation was we had a fire, which essentially was a full rebuild, full house. We knew that we wanted to add space to our house and this was the time to do it. So when we started working with Nate, the first step was really Nate learning about our wants, needs, and style. It was a very collaborative process, and one which felt intimate. You are trusting someone to learn about your family and build something which represents you, and very personal, our home. So thru the process, we all got to know one another. Nate not only designed a beautiful home for us, he was invested in seeing his design and our home come to completion. He is more than an architect, he cares about the whole thing, including the interior design and the landscape. So throughout process, it was great always having Nate yo bounce material ideas off of. He also was very clear in parts of the project on which parts of design were open for discussion and which weren't. That was helpful, because in any project, there come points where you likely have to value engineer. And we did...but he made sure that nothing that was essential was removed. Nate handled everything, conceptual design, construction drawings, working with engineering firms, submittal to city and managing comments and re-submittal, working with GC, and as noted, landscape concepts and interior design support. We love our house, our neighbors are in awe of our house. Nate had a vision much bigger than we would have ever thought of on our own...so while we felt our voice was in the design, he just enhanced it in ways we just wouldn't have thought of. And then having a great GC to deliver....we feel extremely grateful to have taken a horrible situation of losing our home and now having a custom built home. Overall, Nate is great...he will take your concept and not only make it come to life, He has big ideas, he has a strong point of view, and he cares about his clients. He is responsive, and I always felt like we were his most important client.”
