    “After a frustrating couple of years having several planning applications rejected we sought advice from the person who lived in a contemporary house we had often admired. It turned out that this was Matthew Wintersgill of W & M Architects. He went on to analyse the reasons why our applications had failed and we immediately felt he understood our requirements and how to have the design accepted by the local planning authorities. We therefore asked Matthew to design our house and he fortunately agreed. On completion we immediately won the Civic Society award and we remain delighted with the light, airy, low energy spaces that Matthew has created and considerate ourselves very fortunate to live in such a beautiful house.”

I was extremely refreshed by how the initial meeting with them opened up my eyes to how we could utilise our space to maximum. After the drawings were done we got 4 possible options to choose from.
