Kevin and his colleague really listened to our needs and came up with a design that was in keeping with the age of the property that maintained original features, whilst incorporating our needs for fish tanks, bike storage, and light! “The company has acted already for us on two major refurbishment projects completed at just under £500000 cost in the last three years and are now giving us advice on two other larger flagship properties we own to convert commercial space into residential where we as a private fund own a portfolio of property We have found them very responsive and have always given us very good advice along with project management and design in often complicated situations They helped us enormously in obtaining listed building consent and other planning uses for alterations on two of our buildings despite one, very difficult Council They have also suggested and appointed contractors for us and supervised them We have too found their fees reasonable and competitive so we have only very good recommendations to make about the company”

“Dane was recommended to me through a mutual friend. Very approachable, friendly and willing to help. He arranged a site visit, listened to our ideas then went away to put it all together on paper including 3D illustrations which gave a excellent realistic vision of what we were aiming to achieve. With his vast knowledge, he gave us alternative ideas to which we decided to go with the option of a full height vaulted ceiling allowing for larger skylight on stairwell creating much more bright open space. Dane also supplied us full construction drawings, dealt with building control and any queries they had right up to the start of the build. He has also been on hand with any questions we’ve had during the build. He was very prompt will all the plans throughout and fees are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Dane, very professional and competent.”

“Our grade two listed 400 year old cottage is situated in as sensitive conservation area. There were many challenges, not least, ensuring our neighbours were happy with the end result. David's expertise in all aspects is outstanding. The planning officer considered the finished product to be one of the best and most harmonious relationships and our parish council, believes our cottage to be the showcase of the village. The brief was to be sympathetic to the age and area, but contemporary and fundamentally our home. David took our brief and enhanced -by discussion- virtually every aspect of the design and build. This was a big, complex project lasting nine months. Four years on, we wouldn't change any detail. We would be delighted to speak or indeeed show our beautiful cottage to any prospective client. Additionally, David is a delight to work with and a major part of the success was due to David's calm, diligent and professional manner throughout.”
