“I recently worked to Susan to consult on colors for paint for my living room. She made the gutsy choice of a deep Aubergine for the ceiling beams. And then she very carefully and thoroughly reviewed numerous samples to select just the right ceiling, walls and moulding color. Once she decided she fearlessly moved forward. “I have had generally good experiences with this landlord. I have rented an apartment from them for about five years now, and they're usually on their game. It's a big building, so there is an occasional issue or two, but they have a pretty decent team (I like Chris a lot), and I'm making this post just because I felt they deserved credit in a positive direction, rather than just the one negative review. I think I moved in around late 2012 or 2013, and they've also done a pretty good job of picking decent people for apartments - on the whole. I hope this might help someone!”
