As a General Contractor, I love working on Forge Craft projects, they truly understand the building science behind the scenes that results in functional, comfortable, efficient homes. “Maggie Wylie completely changed my old, outdated & closed-in kitchen, took out a weight-bearing wall, and designed my dream kitchen that's spacious, airy, functional, and open to the adjacent sun room and dining room. Her ideas are creative and insightful. The whole project went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the end-result!!”

“We needed a pavilion to go alongside our new pool. I reached out to Kyle with a basic description of what we needed and he was able to quickly provide an initial plan. I gave feedback on what we wanted changed--basically have it be more modern than traditional--and within a couple days, he came up with a really impressive design that met all our needs!! The plan detailed all of the material specifications and hardware. I realized I needed to add an existing deck to the plan and Kyle offered to do that for free! For a small fee, he also provided takeoffs that let me know exactly the amount of material I needed. For the build, I feel much better about going with a contractor that I haven't worked with before because I know everything they need is in the plan, and I can even inspect their work myself based on the plan! I highly recommend Kyle and would definitely go with him the next time I need to build anything! I'll post pictures when the build is done.”

“As a contractor I LOVE working with Webber+ Studio. Their plans are fantastic, they do their own interiors, and they are very detailed. This allows me to give detailed and correct bids with very few allowance assumptions. This saves their clients huge amounts of cash and headaches by making these decisions in the pre-construction time. Very few firms have this mix of good office management and amazing design savvy. I very highly recommend them!”

“We hired Traci Kelley to draw up our house plans after considering doing it ourselves, realizing that we had gotten in over our heads. We are so glad that we went with her. I was very happy with her from the first meeting. She listened to what we wanted and gave her own input that ended up being far better than what I had imagined and thought of things that I had not considered. Her expertise was greatly appreciated. I got absolutely everything I wanted and more without any costly back and forth, we did some minor changes to the very first draft and that was it. The finished plans are amazing, we can't wait to see our house built.”

“Co(X)ist wa a delight to work with from start to finish. Frank and Megan provided us with a clear process and timeline. They worked within our budget while providing options and possibilities that we hadn’t considered. They listened carefully to our needs, tastes and desires and helped us reimagine and rediscover our home! Our home now feels and lives bigger, it’s more open, light and usable - even though we didn’t add square footage to the home’s original footprint. They helped us vet bids and select our contractor and they provided the appropriate attention to detail and follow-through. All-in-all a great experience. We look forward to working with them again on another project!”
