“Our company worked with Chris on the large contemporary renovation in Bratenahl. The project offered many challenges from concept, thru design to construction. We have done several projects of this type. Working with Chris was a pleasure that is not always experienced on a complex project like this. His attention to detail, communication and involvement in the project allowed for the entire team to establish a solid relationship with the owner and enabled us to complete the project as expected and with the highest quality.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Bill Eberhard to fulfill my law firm's space needs for about 20 years. He's gotten much uglier in that time, but remains one of the most talented and dedicated architects that I have encountered. Bill has a unique inherent ability to design spaces that are functionally succesful and are works of art at the same time. Then he commits himself to making sure that the actual construction meets his high standards. The result is a space that you can be very proud of and which fits like a glove. I highly recommend him to anyone considering an important project.”

“Adam came to us highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. We reviewed Adam’s website which showed an excellent sense of design. During our initial meeting, Adam listened to our ideas and asked questions about what was important to us. Adam provided a comprehensive list of questions in order to understand our vision and needs. During the schematic design process, we were provided with plans that faithfully accommodated these needs and desires. At the end of the process, we received detailed construction documents, which were aided by Adam’s 3D renderings, resulting in accurate building estimates. During construction Adam successfully addressed various issues and problems arising from either unforeseen circumstances or contractor errors. We feel Adam has continually protected our interests, and ensured that the constructor made no changes without our approval and has been an advocate against attempts by the contractor to add on additional fees. Adam is passionate about architecture. He has been involved in every aspect of the project, while being responsive to our design goals - generously offering thoughtful advice throughout. Overall, our experience has been superb. We strongly recommend Adam and A|O.”
