“I worked with Geoff back in 2014 when he designed a pair of semi detached houses for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough; he listened to what I wanted and no adjustment however small was ever any trouble. I truly believe Geoffs expertise resulted in the best possible houses I could have hoped for on the site. His many years of experience shon through and he provided me with invaluable advise throughout my build.. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.”

From the beginning they were completely professional and all the staff who I had contact with couldn't be more helpful. From the original drawings to the final plans the team were happy to make any changes I requested. “We wanted a split level extension to our house, to be built on sloping ground. we had drawn a rough idea on the back of an envelope and John turned that into a fully formed official plan. We would fully recommend John to anyone. He was extremely helpful and explained things very clearly so that we understood the process. He turned up when he said he would, and submitted all documents on time. When we asked for a change to a plan he complied fully. We found ourselves a builder who followed his plans to the letter. Our work is now completed and we are absolutely delighted with it.”

“I employed Ben Cunliffe and his team to redesign my two bedroom single storey home with a view to creating a two storey family home. My brief was to maximise space and light and where possible to incorporate green technologies. Ben's design process was inspirational. After 2 meetings we had agreed a design to go to planning and 8 weeks later we had planning permission. His design ideas encapsulated everything I wanted and more. We were able to design a building that had floor to ceiling windows in every room maximising light and views from every room. The ideas of breaking up the exterior of the house with different local materials appealed to me and I am delighted with my contemporary home built with local stone and larch. Ben's knowledge of green technologies was exceptional and we decided to go down the route of installing a ground source heat pump leaving the plumbing and electrics in place to add solar panels at a date. I couldn't have been happier with the service, advice and guidance I received.”

“Hill House is a 16th century former farm house, the main part of which had been converted into modern living accommodation some time ago but which had an adjoining single storey outbuilding/small barn, used for storage, with the western aspect facing onto the Lyth Valley. The brief to Tim Chetham was to develop plans which would see the conversion of this outbuilding into a 2-storey development consisting of a living room and en-suite bedroom, ensuring that the new blended seamlessly with the old, and importantly, maximising the views onto the spectacular Lyth Valley. In scoping the project, Tim engaged well with us and gained a thorough understanding of our requirements. He translated our ideas, some of which were modified by his suggestions, into drawings which, when the final build was completed, exceeded our expectations by, internally, opening up the flow through the ground floor rooms, and upstairs an en-suite bedroom making effective use of the space and, importantly for us, maximising the views from both rooms. Tim met all agreed tasks on schedule and was within his quotation. We would certainly use his services again if required and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others - which we have already done!”
