“My husband and I are working with Jon to design our forever home. We are about 90 percent through design development. Jon has been great throughout the process. I really feel like we’re a team and he’s been able to develop our ideas into a home that fulfills all our needs and embodies our values and aesthetics. We want a home that is healthy and functional but not oversized. Jon is very knowledgeable about healthy building materials and was able to design within our principles and I feel we have everything we need and more. “We hired Andre' to design and do all the architectural work for our new home in Excelsior, MN. After meeting with numerous architects and builders, we decided that Andre' and Kurt Schwartz (Builder) were the best fit for us. After several meetings to discuss our vision we filled out an in depth Master Vision questionnaire and provided Andre' and Kurt our login to houzz.com so they could see what we liked about certain houses, rooms, colors, textures and finishes. When you combine the Master Vision questionnaire along with our houzz.com pictures, you get a pretty good feel for what we wanted in our new home. We think Andre' did an exceptional job of listening to what we wanted and going through all of the information we provided to create a remarkable home that we love! “We worked with Paul on an addition and complete internal re-do - bigger kitchen, bigger master bedroom. Paul is a good listener, honest, and genuine person. We ended up buying a house and he refunded the unused portion of our "retainer". From the beginning he is comfortable to work with and what he says, he does. I kind of hate to have found a house because I know he'd work wonders.”

“I live in a house designed by RLA, but did not commission them for the job. The house is extremely well thought out, taking great advantage of a small plot. The flow of the rooms works well, making furniture placement easy. The house is super bright as a result of well placed interior and exterior Windows. We would definitely consider them for another assignment.”
