“I live in Manhattan and have a country house in the Catskills upstate. The house is a contemporary design built in the mid 1970's. The "bones" were great but the aesthetic was completely wrong. We had Kimberly redesign the interior of the entire house - from moving electrical work, plumbing, windows and walls to choosing finishes and fixtures. She is amazing and I have referred her to many friends and clients. Next.... the apartment.”

“We have dealt with Anjie Cho as a General Contractor on a lot of projects. Starting from very small renovation, to whole house projects. we can honestly say that she has been one of the best designers we have ever dealt with. Full attention to details. Not only the bathrooms, and kitchen looked beautiful, they all created a perfect flow throughout the whole house. Pleasure to work with. From Traditional, to contemporary, we have seen a lot of her work. Anjie is an amazing designer that takes the time to understand your style and create beautiful spaces.She has wonderful ideas and is very good at laying out and staying within a budget. “I consider Diversified a design team, as well as a top sub-contractor, who not only identify the right construction solutions but understand a project from an architectural, engineering, and interior design perspective. I have employed Diversified to provide me with all three services, architectural plans, engineering work (including obtaining obtaining permits) and subcontracting work. Diversified does a good job in holding the subcontractors accountable that work is done well and on time. They ensure subs work in concert with one another so there are relatively few lapses in work as compared to other firms. I have not been stuck with a punch list that takes months to address. They address issues and problems right away. My level of satisfaction is so high, I have hired Diversified to work on two different houses. The first time I have ever hired a contractor more than once. The work on my first home was so well done and had such a positive impact on our curb appeal, the house was sold in 3 days! I employed them the second time when I needed a firm who could move quickly in making my fixer upper move in ready (they even helped me out in the aftermath or Super storm Sandy). While the work may be a tad more expensive, it was worth the extra investment to make sure the end product was well done. I absolutely recommend Diversified.”
