“John Robinson and his staff designed two homes for me that I constructed in Wilmington, NC. I selected the plans from his website but asked for several changes. It was extremely easy to work with the company via email and phone. They drew up revisions in three options and let me select the one I liked most. When the building plans were completed and delivered, my contractor said that they were the most detailed and best plans he had worked with. I highly recommend this design firm!!!! HOUZZ limits me to listing one project. I moved into my first Robinson home in August 2002 and the second one in about February 2006. The amount listed indicates the cost for the design services, not the actual cost of construction.”
