The project was complicated by the need to match up roof lines from the original house, a added greenhouse entry and the new gable roof line of the patio cover. The end result was a wonderful patio garden area which allowed for the use of the patio rain or shine.”

“Working with Mark Lee on our vacation home design was a pleasant experience. Because of his recommendations, our house is not only exactly the style we love, but is also functional. It is a cozy retreat for the two of us when we are here alone, yet it comfortably accommodates our visiting family and friends. Mark's plan maximizes our square footage so the house feels much larger than it actually is. We've had many compliments, beginning with the contractor who said the plans were "builder friendly."
