“Very pleased with work from Clawson Architects - Rene, Marvin and their team. Over a number of years they have supported 2 projects at our house - new bathroom, new kitchen and other changes that made the house meet our needs. In the last job, we had ambitious plans, they listened to why we wanted to do it and suggested a smarter, much lower cost approach that gave us exactly what we needed. One innovative idea that no one had suggested in 10 years of our living there until they and it saved me quite a lot of money. Their work is thorough and top notch.”

“Excellent architect with an eye for maximizing space, working around space constraints and creating great flow, especially in the main living area. She designed a major expansion for us and was very attentive to our needs and what we wanted out of the space. Whereas some architects are too focused on design at the expense of practical function, Ying found the perfect balance for us. She handled all the bathroom design elements so we didn't need a separate designer for that and she helped guide the kitchen design, which I think helped to make these important spaces more cohesive to the overall plan. She was especially good at a floor plan for a busy family with kids and a home that is designed for entertaining. I also appreciated that she was available for consultation throughout the renovation process and even collaborated with our contractor on key elements like spacing and materials to be sure everything was done right.”

“Robie is terrific. We interviewed quite a few architects for this job. Many had great ideas and beautiful plans though they were double our budget. Robie stuck to the budget and came up with lots of great ideas. He was very flexible and creative. We'd use him again in a heartbeat!!!! “Cindy was our architect for a tear-down/rebuild of our home. My wife and I found Cindy to be very insightful and creative, offerred us lots of options in design, and never expressed concern or hesitation in drafting or constructing some complicated elements we wanted in the home. “I am working on an old house remodel and needed a load bearing wall removed to make an open plan kitchen. I was worried that it would be too small a project but Eric responded to the Houzz request for a pro. He listened to my request, gave me a reasonable time line and explained how busy he was but agreed to meet me at the house and talk about my wants. He made some suggestions, explained how he works and what the process would be in order to get drawings to apply for a construction permit to remove the wall. He was professional, friendly and easy to talk to. We are in the process right now, the project is not done but I am so glad Houzz connected me with him.”

“We could not have asked for a better architect!!!! Dan had the vision to create our dream home out of the existing footprint. I can go on about his design and vision, but Dan brought so much more to the project than just creating a pretty picture. We built our home in Hillsborough NJ where the town is strict with compliance and our builder was a nightmare!! Dan went above and beyond the call of duty. Without Dan in our corner we would have never gotten to the finish line!!!! We were and are very happy with Dan's work ethic, vision, project oversight, and all around professionalism/knowledge.
