“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“We were a little wary about signing up an interior designer for our extension project because most of the other professionals we used seemed to over-charge and tended to cease involvement as soon as they were paid. But Randa was different and undoubtedly the best value of any of the the professionals we used. To begin with she solved a problem with the interior walls that immediately saved us hundreds of pounds and overall she took the extra time and effort to see the project and her ideas through to completion. She was generous with her time, included a design for our kitchen even though that was not part of her remit and answered our questions promptly when we needed her advice. She also kept an eye open to make sure the builders weren't taking short-cuts and generally seemed to care. Some of her choices were good money-savers, sometimes her suggestions were too expensive for us but she was happy to recommend something different if it was not within budget.”

“NineTen Architects were excellent from start to finish on our project - a loft conversion to a bungalow, adding master bedroom with glazed end wall, ensuite bathroom and dressing area. There were also modifications to the Ground Floor, removing a wall and (obviously) adding a staircase. Jeremy and James visited us and talked through the potential of the space, helping us to understand what was and wasn't possible, down to the details and materials. NineTen were very good at communicating and sent us a number of sets of drawings for comment, taking on board our requests at each stage and revising the drawings all the way up to a detailed set suitable for the builder to use for construction. Overall, completely satisfied and happy with the service we got from NineTen Architects and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Our family is totally new in London. We bought an interesting 3 bed flat, above 20/F, besides River Thames on one side and overlooking a dock on the other side. The flat is quite new and ready for living in. We however want to have better use of the space while maintaining or even highlighting the character of the flat, we decide to look for an experienced designer from various internet referral platforms. I notice that there are a lot of highly qualified interior designers and architects available out there. After over one month of selection process, we finally decided with confidence to go with SB Studio. We choose See Beng not only because of his impressive portfolio in architectural work and interior design but more importantly is his eagerness and patience to learn our expectation. We have gone thru one month of work together. It is very fulfilled experience. See Beng listens to us patiently to learn the details of our need. In the meantime, he would always provide ideas that we never think of. I can say it is a very harmonious cooperation experience. We contract SB Studio for design and project management. We have expectations of work quality, time control and budget control. See Beng’s resourceful connection in the field provide us more alternatives in terms of style and price.
