He drew plans to change the kitchen to a foyer, add a new kitchen, bathroom, and change a utility closet to a laundry area which also houses the on demand water heater and pump. He also designed a large deck lakeside and a covered porch on the roadside. He included central heating and air conditioning. His complete and detailed plans allowed us to be the general contractors. He was incredible during the entire process and after the completion. Karl has an incredible eye and was so instrumental in selecting all the lights, floor colors, paint, fixtures.... I could pass Karl a pic of the look we wanted and he would find it for us. Karl also worked with us to design all of the plans for our house. He really listens and got what we wanted. Overall Karl is a real pro and incredibly good at what he does. He is also so easy and nice to work with.
