“I am a retired Interior Designer and wanted to work with an architect who was up on the latest improvements in HVAC and plumbing. I had a pretty clear idea of the layout of our new house but needed help deciding on a contractor to hire as well as some creative structural details to make our 1800 sq. ft. single level home work for us as we age without looking like an "old folks home". After several meetings and modifications, he was able to transform them into formal plans that satisfied the City of Blaine and Semiahmoo Association. The home is now in the process of being built, and Bryan has been available as a resource. He has been very accommodating and easy to work with, along with providing a wealth of information and experience.”

“We first consulted Curt when we were trying to solve a problem with plans for an addition to our home. He efficiently resolved that issue after asking and listening effectively regarding what we were trying to accomplish. In later years we had him design an extensive master bath remodel and then a major whole-home remodel. He and his team are excellent on both straightforward and higher-end building solutions and their attention to both the bigger space issues and the fit-and-finish details are outstanding. Highly professional and great to work with as well and very reasonable in cost.”
