“Victor "Dean" Sinco is an excellent architect and he has an excellent team of drafts-people at Entheos. He is both creative and practical. He comes up with ideas that look good but are also cost-effective. He knows how to make new construction match original construction. He is great at supervising the work and coming up with solutions on the spot for any problems. He has always responded to me in a timely way. He has done both large and small projects for me. For one large project, he designed a guest suite addition to my house that added a laundry, kitchen, and screened porch to an existing bedroom and bath. At the same time he designed a roof extension, a new laundry room plus a solar water heater room, and a complete renovation of two bathrooms, one of them handicap. A few years later, he turned a walk-in closet into a half-bath plus a smaller closet and turned garage storage into interior storage. Recently, he designed a fence, gate, and lanai for me. I will continue to use him for any future projects.”

Our goal was to find an architect that would be a team player and design an Off Grid beautiful home that was healthy for us and non toxic to the environment. Our property site had some very challenging design issues. Green Sand's professional attitude was wonderful and amplified when they created a stellar team of engineers and professionals work together to craft designs, and solve challenges.
We continued to work closely with Green Sand Architecture + Sustainability while we were in the building phase. Their professional knowledge, experience, and positive attitude shone through until we moved into our award winning home. Pa Ka Makani Farm was awarded LEED Platinum in October 2014.
In the end, after all was said and done, we now call Matt and Rhonda our friends.”

“I have had the pleasure of knowing Rocky Arnold for 15 years now, and most recently had the pleasure of working with his company to create a ADA-complaint house for my daughter who is in a wheelchair.
Rocky was able to take plans provided by my builder, and work to adapt them to make a space that would allow my daughter the most freedom possible. His knowledge and experience was invaluable in making sure all spaces accommodated her needs now and as she grows. We have been in our house 4 years now, and to say our house was life changing for my daughter and my wife and I would be a understatement. My daughter has a level of independence we never thought possible, and Rocky’s designs were perfect. He was very patient throughout the design process and always had a way of taking our concerns and solving them in innovative ways.
