“Dennis Blosberg was the lead contractor in building our 5,000+ sq. ft. luxury lake home near Cross Lake, Minnesota. He met all deadlines. He had fantastic relationships with all of his subcontractors. He listened to what we wanted, was respectful, and went beyond offering new options that we didn't even consider before. “Mark was creative in solving our kitchen remodel ( with just a little help from Les, his dad). The project included the kitchen remodel, deck railing, fix and repainted entire exterior, plus add a utility shed. Anything that wasn't perfect initially the first time was fixed immediately, and no surprises on the budget. If you're looking for cheap, go elsewhere. Mark hires only the best local tradespeople.”
