“Mark was creative in solving our kitchen remodel ( with just a little help from Les, his dad). The project included the kitchen remodel, deck railing, fix and repainted entire exterior, plus add a utility shed. Anything that wasn't perfect initially the first time was fixed immediately, and no surprises on the budget. If you're looking for cheap, go elsewhere. Mark hires only the best local tradespeople.”

He had fantastic relationships with all of his subcontractors. He listened to what we wanted, was respectful, and went beyond offering new options that we didn't even consider before. “I hired Barry Frieler and Dennis Blosberg who are partners of North Country Custom Builders. They came highly recommended so I interviewed them, explained what I was wanting in a house, worked on the blueprints and tailored some things to make it work better for me. They listened carefully and were able to lead me through the entire building process making it totally "painless" ... the guidance was phenomenal. The great working relationships and mutual respect they have with their subs provide a flow of services in an efficient time frame. The house was even completed a few weeks ahead of schedule. These business partners are very articulate, communicative, responsive and ethical. Their construction expertise assures their clients of impeccable work with an assurance the latest building codes are utilized as their minimum of standards. I found their knowledge of building materials from the outside in to be amazing and so helpful in making my choices along the way.
