“Mark was creative in solving our kitchen remodel ( with just a little help from Les, his dad). The project included the kitchen remodel, deck railing, fix and repainted entire exterior, plus add a utility shed. Anything that wasn't perfect initially the first time was fixed immediately, and no surprises on the budget. If you're looking for cheap, go elsewhere. Mark hires only the best local tradespeople.”

“Dennis Blosberg was the lead contractor in building our 5,000+ sq. ft. luxury lake home near Cross Lake, Minnesota. He met all deadlines. He had fantastic relationships with all of his subcontractors. He listened to what we wanted, was respectful, and went beyond offering new options that we didn't even consider before. Lastly, Dennis is trustworthy and has a solid knowledge base of all issues related to building, and whatever rating there is to give a contractor or a builder, I'd give him the highest possible.”

“We hired B & M Residential Services to build a deck on our home. Customer satisfaction was their top priority. They paid close attention to detail and take pride in their work. They constantly communicated with us during the project to make sure that everything was just how we wanted it. We later hired them to install a patio door and handrail.
