“Elena was a joy to work with in regards to our remodel project, which consisted of beautiful granite counter, tile backsplash and pendant lights, kitchen sink, new faucet for kitchen. New tile flooring, new bathroom lighting was installed in our second bath. Our master bathroom shower was reconfigured and constructed along with a new cultured granite counter surface and integrated sinks for master bath, new faucets, rain shower head along with a new shower head and lighting and tile flooring in that bathroom. New tile floor and granite counter was installed in laundry room. Elena was very diligent in following up when she said she would. She had excellent suggestions in helping us select various products for our project.”

“We had a wonderful experience working with Sierra Craftsman for our whole house remodel! From the initial design communication through installation, everyone has been professional, responsive, and enjoyable to work with. We went with custom cabinetry throughout 2 bathrooms, and modular cabinets in the kitchen and laundry with some custom components. Everything looks fantastic, and the installation was top-notch. The designer really promoted the skills of their installer, Dave, and he is fantastic. When we first contacted Sierra Craftsman, they were about 2 months out to get to the design phase. We used that time to consider other highly regarded cabinet companies, and decided Sierra Craftsman was easily worth the wait! The owner, John, is both skilled and super responsive, delivering a great product along with excellent customer service.”

“Home Concepts truly has an excellent team. That is one of the benefits of using HC. You don't just get one expert, you get a group of them. I have gone into many establishments with "free design services" who fell short. HC's design team really helps cut your time on a project. In addition, they are always willing to go the extra mile. We had numerous issues with an order (none of which were their fault!), and they not only got the issues fixed but also made sure we were happy customers in the end. Excellent selection of products: tile, cabinetry, hardware. They also stand behind their products and will come out to your job site to help make sure things are right. I highly recommend them for new construction or remodel!”

“Doug at Renegade Lumber did a fantastic job of communicating and creating custom cabinets for our kitchen to match existing cabinets. The pull out pantry and recycling center is an amazing addition to our space. I found Doug to be very helpful, and he produced what we wanted in a timely manner. “Natural Edge, in combination with Spirit Tahoe Design, was presented with a total renovation of a 2 Bedroom 2 1/2 bath Condo within a limited set of time. The project was quite extensive and required some unknown obstacles. Despite delays in receiving materials to complete the project on time, the work done was top notch, sub-contractor was was truly excellent and the overall end result was beyond our expectations. In fact, the detail, planning was fantastic. In addition, Natural Edge made for us custom cabinets, dining room table and provided inspired additions the truly enhance the overall final product. Not only did Natural Edge impress us, but the neighbors in the complex were amazed at the quality of the work, the overall design and final project. The Natural Edge team, including subcontractors, were gracious, kind, respectful and coordinated well with our HOA, the Public Works and other associated outside agencies to complete our condo. I could not be more pleased with the total start to finish of this project which my wife and I hope to enjoy for years to come. Finally, since we live overseas we were quite anxious to not be onsight during a bulk of the renovation. However, I will say that Natural Edge provided the most professional service possible.”
