We had wood trim refinishing, cabinet refinishing, ceiling damage repair, and painting completed by Bruinsma Decorating. We were pleased with the outcome of each project. Barney has expertise and knowledge well beyond the common paint company, and he gave helpful suggestions for each project based on his extensive experience. He was conscientious and trustworthy as he worked around our home when we were away at our jobs. He also took care to clean up thoroughly around the work site. “Bonnie is an absolute professional. She came to our home for our initial meeting and as the design progressed, so she could get a sense of our home and how the kitchen would fit with the entirety of the home. It is a joy to work in the kitchen. She is not one to choose form over function, but still designed an attractive kitchen for our small space. She is not one to upsell and if my wife and I had followed all of her recommendations, we would have saved thousands of dollars and still had a beautiful and functional kitchen. I hired everyone on the project individually and did not hire some of the professionals she recommended, but if I had it to do over again I would have also hired her recommended subcontractors.”
