“The largest project that Baldwin Builders (BB) has done for me is a three season enclosed porch added to the front of my property. As can be seen in one of the included pictures it has a curved corner, and the structure sets against the ocean side of the house. Andrew Baldwin and I worked out the design, Andrew procured the permits, and he and his team completed the project in the fall of 03 and the following spring. The result was spectacular, just as Andrew and I had planned and hoped. Since that time BB has been my go-to builder for various projects on the house, garage and barn, including a new roof a couple years ago. The work is first rate, his team is always a pleasure to work with, and I have never considered anyone else. I recommend them without reservation.”

“Our kitchen was remodeled by Rick Sawyer. Rick's attention to details were even appreciated by the company that installed our granite counter tops. It made the installations of the counter tops go smoothly and quickly. Rick was always respectful toward our thoughts on how our kitchen should be redone but he was also very good at providing suggestions that we would have never thought of . This was much appreciated. To say we love our new kitchen is an under statement! And we continue to receive compliments on how our kitchen project turned out..”

“Josh did a complete kitchen remodel for us that was excellent. He took a great deal of time working with us on how we used the kitchen, cost restraints, and exploring different finishes. His work was on time, within our budget, and has stood up over the past few years. He is an expert craftsman!!! Josh was a pleasure to work with, on time, put in more than a full day, worked well with sub-contractors, and always left a clean worksite. I would use Josh again, for any project. He can design, spec out, and build a high quality, lasting project!”
