“EXCELLENT!! Highest quality work and a pleasure to do business with. Always on-time or early when coming to the house, kept me informed every step of the way, and completed the work on schedule. We hired tony for floor to ceiling bookcases that wrapped around two walls. He matched the existing crown molding and base boards perfectly. The bookcases look like they were original to the house!”

“Jill’s engineering background is her secret weapon to the perfect kitchen design. I knew that she would be able to create an extremely functional kitchen out of our existing space. But having seen the beautiful kitchens that Jill has designed, we were skeptical that she would not be able to design our kitchen within our limited budget. With kids in college, we had decided not to do the dream kitchen that we had planned. Jill scaled back the cost of the kitchen without sacrificing the design. Not only was the kitchen within the budget, it is more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. The cabinets from Plain & Fancy are absolutely gorgeous and of the finest craftsmanship. The details that Jill has chosen have made all of the difference in the design of the kitchen and its functionality. She helped us chose our contractors as well and was there every step of the way making changes that make the kitchen truly custom. We reworked the space to better suit our families needs and also created a fantastic area for entertaining. I would highly recommend Jill to any of my friends who would like a kitchen that is both beautiful and functional!!”

“They re-did my fireplace and surround, creating shelves and bookcases as well as painting and installing new baseboard, etc. It came out beautiful. Construction team was on time, very attentive and communicated frequently. It really updated the room and was better than expectations. I will definitely use them again, and soon!”

“I initially though that having a custom kitchen designed, created, and installed would be wildly expensive and a headache. These folks made the entire process a dream. They answered everyone of my calls and emails ( I sent a lot) at any time of day. They define customer satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone. And if you are thinking of buying premade cabinets, give it a second thought. This kitchen will last two lifetimes. Thanks.”

“Norm does great work and is very professional. We initially hired him to do a nursery for our first born in 2011 which included framing the windows, wainscoting, crown molding and paint. We loved the work and so much we had him back to do the same for our second child's room in 2013. Lastly we had Norm do a full remodel of our unfinished basement in 2014. This included having Bilco doors installed, all framing, insulating, electrical, drywall and painting. He even repiped our existing wood pellet stove to meet code. Norm also helped me relocate our outdoor swing set which had to moved to install the Bilco doors.”

After purchasing our cabinets through enchanted aspects, Tori spent several hours gratis, providing us with design/decorating advice. Although there were several hiccups with the project along way, as in most projects, she was there to help fix every single one.”
