“Derek and his team provided excellent services in 1) design ideas, 2) the buildout, and 3) the installation. As a family run company, they worked together well in all of the above-mentioned areas. “We did a total kitchen renovation and installed new wood floors throughout our entire downstairs. Sandy of Chapin Carpentry and Remolding was the General Contractor and he also did all the trim/finish work. Sandy completed the job ahead of schedule and within our budget. He was reliable, knowledgeable and professional and was patient and courteous throughout the process. Sandy's trim/finish work was impeccable. He is a true craftsman! We would highly recommend Sandy and Chapin Carpentry and Remolding for anything you might need done in your home.”

“I decided to redo my kitchen. I had a galley kitchen & decided I wanted to knock down the wall between the kitchen & living room area. I wasn't sure what could be done so the owner, Mike Smith, came over & gave us ideas that we wouldn't have thought could be done! Demolition began. I had been given so many ideas that I couldn't decide what cabinets I wanted, what color or what hardware I wanted. They were very patient and helped me eliminate the cabinet styles that I wasn't "IN LOVE" with. Once all the demolition and carpentry work was completed, I was ready for my cabinets. They came in, installed the cabinets and Mike also made me a beautiful walnut countertop for the island that we eat at every night. I wanted the warmth of the wood but not too rustic and it turned out perfect. I have the quiet close doors, the double utensil tray, double pull out trash cans along with pull out shelves in my pantry!!! My house was as clean when they left as it was before they got there! Very professional and the owner was there every step of the way. Very reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend them over and over again! I LOVE MY KITCHEN!!”

“We hired Skip to build out an office space we were renting. He came highly recommended as a general contractor from a close friend of mine who had over 30 years in the contracting business. This job did not involve cabinetry. It was simply putting up three interior walls and two doors, running electrical, and repainting. It was a pleasure to work with Skip. I would have given 5 stars but for a one minor issue. One ceiling corner (a very difficult and acute angle admittedly) gave the trim carpenter too much of a challenge and he gave up on the crown molding. Other than that very minor issue the job was done well and on time. I would definitely hire Skip again and I recommend him. Doing business with Skip was reminiscent of the "good ole" days when men did business on a handshake because Skip is a man of his word.”

“Dreams Come True Dan "Dreams come true Dan" is what we've named Dan Klotz. We've taken our vague ideas to Dan and he transforms our notions into reality. This relationship began when we purchased our home and the kitchen storage was inadequate. Dan took one look at our limited cabinets and said, "I can match and extend those". He did! We desperately needed a wall unit in the family room to house tv and other sound entertainment. Also, we wanted beautiful storage, fireplace and lighting. Dan listened carefully and then enhanced our limited descriptions. The resulting wall unit is gorgeous! The oak matches existing wood trim in the room. The design with glass shelving and made-to-order storage cabinets and adjustable shelves is handsome and perfect for our home. It is a pleasure to reflect upon our working relationship with Dan. He comes into a job with competence and quiet strength. We look forward to our next project with this "dreams come true" man. Roslyn Sellers 4/1/14”

“Bill Mold at Bella Casa was extremely paitnet and helpful with me since I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted in an new double vanity. He worked with me to select the best cabinet and top for my new bathroom vanity. He went beyond mly expectations regarding flexibility since I changed my mind serveral times before making the final decision. Paul the owner did an outstanding job of measuring to make an exact fit. The three young men who actually did the installation were courteous efficient and very good at what they do.”
