John de la Rionda Carpentry coordinated with contractors (electrical and roofing), created a new bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen area and living room...new windows, sliding doors, a deck, all new flooring...what a transformation, and all who are lucky enough to stay in it have such positive things to say about the comfort, practicality and aesthetics of what we fondly call Casita Colibri.”

John Stapp has the ability and expertise to not only figure out complicated details, but to execute them in the most gorgeous way! I enjoy collaborating with John as he is able to show me ‘best practices’ when designing time and time again... the attention to detail and craftsmanship make our projects look so good!! This shop is top notch.”

“John Varney is a true craftsman. I have used him on many projects over the years and all were finished with the highest quality and care. My last project with him was a huge remodel and the kitchen part of the project was so lovely that it landed on a magazine cover. Can't say enough good things about him, his work, and his standards. “I first used ODC for the tile work in the kitchen, bathrooms and entry area at my house. Since then they have done many interior and exterior jobs for me – painting, dry rot repairs, installing electrical and plumbing fixtures. They always do very good work at a reasonable price and figure out cost effective solutions to problems. They finish on schedule and clean up when they are done.”

“I hired Zonce woodworking to build a custom mantel. I wanted the distressed wood appearance and Mr Zonce knew exactly where to look to find the wood I needed for the project. With material in hand work began rather quickly and he had the mantel cut down to size and shaped along with designing a very nice pair of corbels within the day. The project was stained and after a few days the project was delivered and installed by Mr Zonce. My wife and I could not be happier. The entire living space looks so much nicer now. I took a tour of his shop prior to hiring him for the job and was very impressed with the vast array of saws, sanders, hand tools and other wood working machines he has to build not only fairly simple work such as a mantle but more refined projects too. I was fortunate to see some of his other work going on at the time such as custom dining room tables, computer desks, and even a guitar. Truly magnificent!”

“The best thing that happened to me was when my kitchen cabinet installer walked off the job before finishing the crown molding. That led me to Max Wilson. I have some woodworking ability myself and I think I can be a good judge. Max was meticulous, careful and efficient-and all at a very reasonable price. He is a definite "keeper" and I will definitely have him back for more projects.”
