“I hired Ian for some light construction work on my house in 2015. Ian is unlike other contractors because he really takes the time to understand your goals AND your budget. Ian will work with you to find a solution/design that fits your needs without forcing you to overspend. The work was done quickly and professionally. In short, Ian does great work, but is an even better project manager and communicator.”

“Greg rebuilt my front entrance porch when I needed it done right away. The project became greater than expected when the porch footings on the original porch were not to code and the foundational frame was rotted. Neither of these conditions could have been anticipated before demolition, but Greg completed the work efficiently, communicating the added expense along the way, and minimizing the inconvenience of having our primary entrance out of service. A-plus for efficiency and workmanship!”

“Chris Skocay is a pleasure to work with. He is a high quality fine art carpenter, a clear and timely communicator and a craftsman with the highest standards. During the past year he covered all the beams in our modern house with cherry, built us a custom living room floor to ceiling cherry cabinet and shelving unit with a granite top and renovated a craftsman style bathroom complete with custom medicine cabinet, vanity and closet. Chris's design ideas created a lot of space and elegance in our small bathroom. He understood what we wanted and made all of our ideas come to life in a way that was better than we could have imagined. He fluidly contracted other professionals to complete the jobs. Chris is a great listener, a prompt responder to emails, calls and texts and completed all his work on time to the highest quality. He cleaned up every day and never left a trace of mess. “We met Tom when he did our kitchen through a designer. Fabulous work, attention to detail, listens well and executes accordingly. We have had him back to build a custom sewing studio where he built all the cabinetry from scratch, maximized the use of space, and added custom features that make a huge usability difference. We also had him back to refinish several teak tables that all look better than new. Not only is he a top shelf carpenter, but he is also a creative designer, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and above all else he is an excellent communicator who, get this, does what he says he's going to do, when he says he is going to do it. Extremely happy to have Tom as a resource.”
