I sold that town-home at the highest price sold in that community and I really believe it has to do with the custom upgrades Vince and Shelly built. In my new home Vince and Shelly have designed and remodeled my staircase, made new cabinets for my kitchen, TV built in in my family room, TV built in in my playroom, built a beautiful office space and perfected my laundry room. The work and quality is far more superior then anything else I have seen in other homes within the area. The process in pretty simple, they come out take a look at the space, measure and email ideas back and fourth. Then come up with drawings and once approved they build everything off-site and install within a few days…depending on how large the project is.
