“I posted a request for bids for a deck and front door install yesterday on another website. Rocky offered to come do an estimate today at 2:30. I saw him sitting at in the cul-de-sac in front of my house at 2:15. He came came up my driveway at 2:25. He was very professional, gathering the measurements and information he needed quickly. He also suggested some good ideas for the project, without being pushy, and listened closely to what I wanted.
