“Reggie and the crew at FCI-Concord were really amazing. We purchased a new home and wanted to redo all of the flooring - a combination of carpet and engineered hardwood. Closings of escrow are always dicey, and we wanted to have this complete before we physically moved everything in. They went above and beyond to get everything complete on time, and everything looks beautiful. Highly recommend!”

“We've had excellent experience with Fall Design for two projects we did this year. In both cases, Rose and her team have exceeded our expectations. For the remodeling of our house, we needed hardwood floor installed in all rooms. Rose is a perfectionist with a deep knowledge about flooring processes. She was always available to listen to our needs, guide us through the various steps of the process, and provide the best possible result for our floor without promising something she would not deliver. She also showed a great ability to work under a tight schedule involving other trades. The result a gorgeous Walnut Rustic floor with a light honey finish that gives it this warm look we initially wanted. Then, a few month later, when we had a water damage in our condo, we naturally called Fall Design to do the work and replace the floor. Again, meticulous work combined with very good pricing. We've been having a lot of comments from everyone who comes over to our house on how great our floors look. And every time we do refer Fall Design !”

“Phenomenal family owned business, with great service and even better prices. We had Diablo Flooring install carpets in our bedrooms, closets, stairs and loft after we purchased our first home. They came out right away for an estimate and their prices were incredibly reasonable. They came back four days later and did the whole job and it turned out beautiful. We were so happy with how everything turned out, we even had them make us an area rug out of the same carpet that we used in the rest of the house. All in all, I would never think of using anyone else for carpet in the bay area ever again.”

“We recently purchased a home in Danville, CA that required repair of water damaged hardwood floor, refinishing of the floors adjacent to the damage and installation of 3,000 sf of new oak strip flooring to match the existing floors in the home. Needless to say, this was a large, complicated project that challenged almost every aspect of hardwood floor installation, repair and refinishing. Avi and his team completed the project on time and on budget and the results were extraordinary. We constantly receive compliments on the beauty of the floors and the fact that you can't tell old from new or what was repaired. Avi is the consummate professional and takes great pride in his work.
